We also offer a free diagnostic on computers brought to us and will call you back as soon as we have any information for you. From there we can discuss options and prices, which will allow you to decide exactly what happens to your computer.



"I think my computer has the flu."
Regrettably no security software/hardware out there is perfect. Something will always find its way into your system. That's why we see daily updates to virus definitions and new versions of the software each year. Having some kind of security is definitely better than having nothing, but it doesn't mean you're 100% safe.

Our team is skilled at cleaning out the unwanted nasties that find their way into your system and will give you back a computer that you can actually use again.



"The last place I went to erased all my important data."
Data loss is often a result of a dying/dead hard drive or a system recovery. While we have no control over the hard drive's life span our team will NOT erase your data without your permission first.

Having a current backup of your important data is very important. Backing up to an external hard drive, a USB memory stick, or to DVD is a worthwhile investment for that data that you just can't afford to lose.



"I want to buy a new computer...but what do I actually need?"

"Is my computer worth fixing?"
Many times, fixing a computer ends up costing as much or more than buying a brand new computer. After diagnosing a computer, if we feel that the costs of repair are close to the cost of a new computer we will call you and let you decide what the best course of action is.
