Special help for specific needs
Driver Backup
- Drivers are the little bits of software that tell your hardware components (physical parts) how to communicate with the programs that are installed on the computer. If those get corrupted or go missing certain aspects or parts of the computer will stop working until the driver has been fixed. This backup will make sure you have copies of those drivers on hand in case something happens.
Remote Support Setup
- Don't want to bring your computer in to us? Don't want to pay for us to come to you? We can set up a remote access program on your computer that will allow us to log in and fix your problems without leaving our office. This method will not allow us to fix all problems, but can save you valuable time and money.
Serial Key Backup
- Have you ever purchased software that came with an activation key? Have you ever misplaced that key and later needed it to reinstall the program? With the serial key backup we can make a file containing all the different serial keys we can pull from your system so that you have a copy for safe keeping.
Off Site Essentials
- The Off Site Essentials package contains several different services. We will:
- Backup drivers
- Backup serial keys
- Save a PC audit log of your computer
- Set up remote support on your computer
All of this information will be saved to a labeled USB memory stick and kept under lock and key at our office so that you never have to worry about misplacing your backup. If anything ever happens and you have need of the backup we can remotely log in and restore any of the needed information. With the PC Audit log we can easily see what hardware and software you have in your computer and make recommendations about repairs, upgrades, and other fixes.
